Niki Kaiser

Hello! My name is Niki Kaiser and this is my 12th year teaching. I graduated from the University of Kansas in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Then I earned a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education Unified from Emporia State University in 2014. I have taught 1st grade, early childhood, and kindergarten. Kindergarten is where my heart belongs! I absolutely love to watch them learn and grow throughout the year! I have an eight-year-old son, Henry, and a four-year-old daughter, Eleanor. My children and I enjoy baseball, dance, walking the trail behind our house, and spending time with our extended family. We love KU basketball and cheering on the Chiefs. We love everything about Riverview and are so happy to be here!

Emily Nesselrode

I have been a special services resource teacher for 10 years, serving all of those years in the DeSoto school district. I graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelors in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Special Education and obtained a master’s degree in High Incidence Special Education from Emporia State University. I have a passion for students with reading and behavior challenges, and teaching my dog Scout new tricks. I am so excited about transitioning to the classroom this year, and cannot wait to start my new journey as a kindergarten teacher!
